What is the registration fee for MegaConference?

Can I apply for a stipend?

What types of payments are accepted?

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

You should receive a confirmation email. If you do not, please reach out to us by calling (615) 248-5878 to confirm we received your registration.

What is the cancellation policy?

Attendees will be refunded if they cancel at least one week before the event or by October 21st, 2021.

If I cannot attend, can I transfer my paid registration to someone else?

No, transferring your registration is not an option at this time.

What does exhibiting virtually look like?

Virtual exhibitors will be able to upload documents and videos for attendees to view. They may also schedule appointments with attendees to talk about their organization and its services. After the conference, exhibitors will receive a report of how many individuals visited their booth and the demographic information. For more information on exhibiting, CLICK HERE.

What does sponsoring virtually look like?

Sponsors will receive recognition on both the MegaConference website and the Cvent virtual conference platform. They will receive a special thanks prior to the keynote presentations, and be given free registrations and an exhibitor booth.
