When does the 2025 MegaConference begin?

MegaConference runs from Thursday, May 22nd through Friday, the 23rd.

Where is the event?

The 2025 MegaConference will be held at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville, TN.

When can I register?

Registration for the 2025 MegaConference will soon be open.

What if I want to apply for a stipend to attend MegaConference?

The Stipend Application will soon be available.

What if I have a sponsor question or need help registering as a sponsor?

Sponsors can contact Robbie Faulkner (rfaulkner@thearctn.org) with The Arc Tennessee or by emailing mega@thearctn.org.

What if I have exhibitor questions or need help registering as an exhibitor?

What is the deadline for the art contest?

We will take submissions through April 14, 2025.

How do I go about being a volunteer at this year’s MegaConference?

Volunteer info will be open soon.

When will I hear back if I got a stipend?

You will find out by April 15th.

I registered to pay by invoice. When should I expect to receive it?

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. If you do not receive an invoice by email within that timeframe, first check your spam or junk folder first. If it isn’t there, please email mega@thearctn.org.

How do I change something on my registration application?

Email any changes you wish to make to mega@thearctn.org.
