When does the MegaConference begin?

MegaConference kicks off on Thursday, May 25, 2023.

Where is the event?

The 2023 MegaConference will be held at the Loew’s Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville, TN.

When can I register?

What if I want to apply for a stipend to attend MegaConference?

What if I have a sponsor question or need help registering as a sponsor?

Sponsors can contact Frank Meeuwis with The Arc Tennessee by calling 615-767-5047 or emailing mega@thearctn.org. Be sure to leave a message and your call will be returned within 24 hours.

What if I have exhibitor questions or need help registering as an exhibitor?

Exhibitors can contact Angela Braach with The Arc Tennessee by calling 615-248-5878 x 317 or emailing mega@thearctn.org. If calling, be sure to leave a message and your call will be returned within 24 hours.

What is the deadline for the art contest?

We will take submissions through April 14, 2023.

How do I go about being a volunteer at this year’s MegaConference?

When will I hear back if I got a stipend?

You will find out by April 15th.

I registered to pay by invoice. When should I expect to receive it?

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. If you do not receive an invoice by email within that timeframe, first check your spam or junk folder first. If it isn’t there, please email mega@thearctn.org

How do I change something on my registration application?
